Climate Heroes est un projet et une ONG que j'ai fondés en 2010 et qui regroupe des initiatives citoyennes visant à réduire nos émissions carbone. Il s'est développé en un mouvement collaboratif avec des photographes contributeurs basés dans plusieurs pays.
Le livre de Maxime Riché, Luke Duggleby et Peter Caton, publié par Hemeria, comprend 8 des histoires parmi les 20 chapitres du projet, racontées selon le "voyage universel du héros" : de l'appel à l'action au voyage vers la découverte d'une nouvelle façon de vivre, et enfin une proposition renouvelée pour leurs communautés. C'est aussi un livre dans lequel le lecteur peut noter ses idées et ses inspirations, avant de le transmettre à quelqu'un d'autre, prenant ainsi part au mouvement.

Climate Heroes is a project and an NGO I founded in 2010 that presents citizen initiatives to reduce our carbon emissions. It grew into a collaborative photography and video movement with contributing photographers based in several countries.
The book by Maxime Riché, Luke Duggleby and Peter Caton, published by Hemeria, includes 8 of the 20 project stories, told along the lines of the universal “journey of the hero”: from call to action, to a journey to discovering a new way of living, and a renewed proposal for their communities. It is also a book in which the reader can write down their ideas and inspirations, before passing it on to someone else, thus taking part to the movement.
